Surf’s up for reservation sales for “A Day at the Beach” fundraiser event!
At the November 2nd “A Day at the Beach” Salmon Dinner, you’ll have your chance to help others who aren’t having such a great day at the proverbial beach.
Please review the list of very worthy beneficiaries and then make your dinner reservation either Sunday mornings during coffee hour (Oct. 6, 13, 20 or 27) or online—final purchase date Oct. 27 please so the chefs know how much delicious food to make! Choices include salmon, chicken, or vegan. Dinner is $30 per person.
At the November 2 event, starting at 5:30 pm in Pilgrim Hall:
- Bring cash for the beverage bar (wine, beer, and soft drinks, $5, $5 and $2 respectively)!
- Bring your check or cash or credit card for the dessert dash—the main fundraiser event!
- Bring your reading glasses if needed— you’ll need to read something short at your table!
- Consider joining the “Day at the Beach” theme. Dress as a starfish? Blue as the ocean? Wear your shell earrings? Your favorite Hawaiian shirt? Your Panama hat? You get the idea! Have fun!
