Each year, our congregation holds a special offering in support of the United Church of Christ efforts to support disaster, refugee/immigration, and development ministries throughout the world. This collection supports outreach for when a disaster strikes, or people are displaced or made refugees by violence or extreme poverty. OGHS supports ministries that engage in holistic development programs including health care, education, agriculture, food sustainability, micro-financing, and women’s empowerment. This offering supports the most vulnerable in our world.
