Plan to join Pastor Marci (and probably Stella or Mabel) for a two-mile, kid-friendly and dog-friendly hike around Carkeek Park. Carkeek Park is a 216-acre park in the Broadview neighborhood of Seattle. The hike we will be doing is Piper’s Creek and South Ridge Trail. The trail is about 2 miles and takes an average of an hour to complete. We will be hiking counterclockwise up to the ridge and then back down to the stream and the lower parking lot. The hike is considered a moderately challenging route with an elevation gain of 216 feet. Highlights include beautiful views and a serene forest atmosphere! Parking is limited (especially on the weekend) so we will gather at the Church and carpool over.
Meet at MUCC at 1:00pm to carpool, or at the trailhead at 1:30 pm
