Once a year, MUCC spends a Sunday morning being the church instead of being in church. On that day, we are out in our community being of service. We participate in service projects out in the community, working alongside other churches and community members. Some of the Service Projects that we organize and participate in are making fleece blankets for kids going into Foster Care, doing habitat restoration and/or planting trees and native shrubs, working at the local animal shelter, creating birthday cards for incarcerated women and painting tiny cabins at a nearby community created in response to the homelessness crisis.
Mark your calendars! The next Service Sunday will be Sunday, March 9th, 2025. We will open registration on January 1st, 2025!
