Join us for a solemn evening of remembrance, community solidarity, and reflection as we join together to honor the lives lost due to immigration enforcement policies and detention practices. In a spirit of deep lament and radical welcome, we invite our community to gather for an evening of prayer, remembrance, and sacred reflection.
Together, we will stand in solidarity with our immigrant neighbors, naming and honoring the precious lives cut short by detention and enforcement violence. Through sacred music and readings, collective silence, and the shared warmth of candlelight, we will bear witness to the pain of injustice and recommit ourselves to carrying the light of compassion and peace out into our wider community. Plan to attend this sacred vigil on the front lawn of MUCC.
